Training consist of:

 

  • Learning the three boxing forms
  • Two man combative drills
  • Two man Wing Chun technique drills
  • Footwork, punching, and kicking drills
  • Methods to control stress and adrenaline
  • Methods to de-esculate hostile situations
  • Circle sparring (multiple attackers)
  • Chi -Sau (Wing Chun Sticky Hands)
  • Wooden Dummy form and  drills
  • Physical conditioning drills to improve fighting proficiency
  • Techniques to deal with firearm and knife attacks
  • Blindfolded sparring and Chi Sau
  • Balance drills
  • Ground fighting training/techniques
  • Advanced training in Wing Chun weapons (long pole and double swords)


Training Schedule:

Currently there are group training/membership meeting times on Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs mornings from 6:00 am to 7:15 am and Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs evenings from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm.   Saturday Mornings from 7:30 am to 9:30 am.  


There are additional times when members may arrange to meet for private lessons, such as when learning the advanced forms.
